They will never know unless you point it out to them. Every time someone is placed below one of your downline people you should send them a personal message and just let them know that their downline has grown courtesy of you.

Let them know that they get paid the monthly residual commissions from the people who spill over under them, but they have to qualify to get it.

I had a guy with a downline of over 100 people going down 6 levels. He was only getting paid on the first three levels. I pointed out that by getting a couple more personal recruits he would get paid to five levels and qualify for the bonus. Within a week he found two and his next check was much higher. He has continued to grow ever since.

That group would have died, but instead it is growing because I made sure he knew who was in his downline and how to maximize his commissions from the people he already had.

Do that from the start. Do not wait like I did. He had over 100 in his downline before I said anything to him. He simply never logged in and never looked at his affiliate page. Make sure you look at yours and get your downline to check theirs. Do not assume they are checking their affiliate page. Each time they get someone new write them a note and congratulate them.

Make sure everyone in your downline is actively recruiting and you will never have someone in a position where they are not getting commissions.

The compensation plan is your best friend. It will motivate your downline to action, but only if you keep them informed and aware.

already contacting you and/ or have a relationship with you.

When they click your Affiliate link in the message they will
