Welcome Letter-Be Real

One of the most important things that I have found to build my business is personally welcoming my new signups. After people fill out my opt-in form I like to send them a welcome letter that is already set up with my autoresponder.

Just a quick letter that lets them know that I’m a real person that truly wants to help them and their business. I let them know that they can contact me anytime and I put email, skype and phone number if they have any questions.

Welcome Letter-People Join People

Many people just want to know there is someone there if they have a question, that’s why a welcome letter is so important. For the most part people join people, they don’t join companies. Every company has a corporate website that each affiliate gets when they signup.

You can’t tell one from another. You need to create a blog so that people can get to know you and what you’re about. That’s one reason why Facebook is such a valuable tool for doing business. People can get to know more about each other, their hobbies, their interests, etc.

To be successful you need to put that one on one relationship into your business model and I use TrafficWave to help me do just that.
